Catalytic Converter Shop - www.catalyticconvertershop.co.uk aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from our vast stock range. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you as soon as possible.
If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.
Unless requested all prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and we make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.
Orders for payment by credit card are accepted at the sole discretion Catalytic Converter Shop - www.catalyticconvertershop.co.uk and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All online credit card payment transactions are conducted through our secure server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs. Please note that we will only accept Paypal payments from verified Paypal accounts.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. Delivery
All stock orders are normally despatched within 2 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible. Orders received - Monday to Friday aim to ship within one day and orders received before 3pm are often dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday are not packed until Monday at the earliest. All goods are sent via courier and do need to be signed for.

Catalytic Converter Shop - www.catalyticconvertershop.co.uk delivers within the UK. Please note deliveries to the International locations, Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may incur additional carriage charges.
Prices and Tax Charges
All prices are quoted in UK pounds and include V.A.T.

Complaints Procedure
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please call us on +44 (0) 845 864 6888. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and endeavour to keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Returns Policy and Cancellation
We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Delivery and collection charges will be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items.
Goods returned which have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Under no circumstances may any items be returned to the Company without prior authorisation from the Company.
Goods can be collected by the Company’s own courier at a charge of £25.00 plus VAT.
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products. All non-stock items which are special orders cannot be accepted for refund. Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of safety or security, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty: -

We will issue a Goods Return Number (GRN) and arrange a suitable collection date and time. Please mark the parcel with our GRN number and ensure you are at home if a collection has been arranged.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation
We can only accept the cancellation of orders that have not been dispatched.
